Around the World
I have traveled the world, it has inspired me. The saying about an image conveying a thousand words doesn’t do justice to some of the images below. These are some of my favorites from my travels.
Yellow Rock Overlook, Devils Den State Park in Arkansas. A youth group enjoys fellowship with a view.
A talk with god.
These young women were sharing testimonials and a view. I felt myself beginning to get impatient while waiting for them to move. Then an epiphany struck, placing them in the composition would tell more of a story. After all, at its core photography is purely visual story telling. I still waited for them to clear out and got the shot I had envisioned. All said and done, this composition, with the girls, was much more compelling. Sometimes life doesn’t care about our plans, and offers something even better. If we have the patience to listen.
